Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before booking. They explain what you can expect from us, and what we need from you.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Tourbodies, a sole proprietorship, 23/8, Gangadhara Chetty Road, Bangalore – 560042, Karnataka, India (“Tourbodies”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use the website and when you book a holiday with us. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy form part of them.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. The person who books does so for everyone named on it.
2. How booking works
- You choose a holiday and personalise it (dates, travellers, hotel standard and options). The price shown updates with each choice.
- At checkout we recalculate the price from our current rates. If it has changed, we show you before you pay.
- Your booking is confirmed once your payment is verified and a Tourbodies specialist has confirmed availability with our suppliers. If something is unavailable, we offer you an alternative or a refund.
- Your quotation and confirmed itinerary describe exactly what is included. Anything not listed as included is not included.
3. Prices and taxes
- Prices are in Indian Rupees, per person on twin sharing unless the page says otherwise.
- GST (currently 5% on tour packages) and TCS are added as applicable unless a price is marked as including them. They are shown before you pay.
- Prices on the website can change until your booking is confirmed, for example when supplier rates or exchange rates change.
- If you need a GST invoice for a business booking, give your GSTIN at checkout.
4. Payments
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or banking password.
- You may pay in full, or pay the booking deposit shown for your holiday and the balance by the due date in your quotation, which for our current packages is 45 days before departure.
- We do not accept cash deposits. Pay only through the website or the bank details we send you from contact@tourbodies.in.
5. Your holiday
- Hotels are confirmed as named or as a similar property of the same standard, as stated in your quotation.
- Sightseeing marked “join-in” or “shared” is with other travellers. Private services are private only where your quotation says so.
- Timings and the order of activities may change because of weather, traffic, local events or operator schedules. We will replace a missed service with an equivalent where we can.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are set by the hotel. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed.
6. Passports, visas and insurance
- Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date, with blank pages.
- We help with visa applications, but approval is decided by the embassy or immigration authority. Visa fees are not refundable, and we are not responsible for a refusal or delay.
- Where a package includes travel insurance, the cover and age limit are as stated in the package (for example, up to 60 years). Travellers outside it should buy their own cover. We strongly recommend insurance for every trip.
- You are responsible for meeting health, vaccination and entry rules for each country you visit.
7. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation charges, changes and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the schedule shown for your holiday.
8. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate names (as in passports), contact details and traveller information.
- Tell us before booking about any medical condition, mobility need or dietary requirement that affects the trip.
- Follow local laws and the reasonable instructions of guides, drivers and hotels.
9. Our responsibility to you
We arrange your holiday using independent suppliers such as hotels, transport companies, tour operators and airlines. We choose them carefully, but they are responsible for the services they provide, and their own terms also apply.
We are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay or extra cost caused by a supplier, by you, or by events outside our control. Where we are responsible, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for failing to perform, or for changes, caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, conflict, epidemics, strikes or government action. What happens to your payments in those cases is set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11. Using this website
The text, photographs, design and logos on this website belong to Tourbodies or are used under licence. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy or reuse them commercially. We try to keep information accurate; if you spot an error, please tell us.
12. How we contact you
When you enquire or book, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry and booking. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. We would always rather resolve a problem directly first, so please contact us at contact@tourbodies.in or +91 98861 45337.
